Water stripe agent MCD
1. Description MCD is an organic-metallic compound, which can strongly accelerate the cure rate of epoxy/dicyandiamideandthen produce shrinkage stress to create water-like traces pattern powder coating. Compared with the competitiveproducts, MCD can wrinkle stably in thinner coating film.

4. Characteristics
①You are recommended to choose an epoxy resin with stable epoxy value to keep the consistencyof thetexture pattern.
②To acquire finer pattern, you can add larger dosage of flow agent and MCD. A little excessivedicyandiamide hardener in the formulation can produce good impact resistance and intensestereoscopicsense. Small quantity of polyester containing can adjust the gloss and the consistency of thetexture. Toomuch polyester will cause the disappearance of the texture.
③You can produce a lager wrinkle pattern by dry-blending small quantity of T-55 and co-extruding2-3%polyester. You can produce silk-like sand pattern screen powder by cooperating with sand texturedagent..You can produce a turtle shells on wrinkle pattern by dry-blending 0.3-0.8% MCC.
④You can wrinkle stably in thinner coating film by incorporating with 0.1% 2-methylimidazole of dry-blending0.1-0.3% T-103 with the base powder, but the textures will become smaller.
⑤In combined with 0.05-0.08% organic clay will solve the problem of sagging ⑥Adding 0.1-0.2% low temperature curing agent T-31, dry-blending cameo agent or dry-blending0.1-0.3 MCD can help to create the texture.
