    1. Description

    T-108 is an advanced texturing additive designed for the crack texture patterns. It can produce the special plane pattern such as crack and netlike texture surfaces, which can present the wonderful decoration texture screen.

    3. Suggested formulation

    Polyester 650
    T-108 80
    TGIC 20
    Flow agent T-988 8
    Benzoin 5
    Crack texture promoter 1-20
    Pigments and fillers 250
    Curing condition: 200℃, 10-15min ●    140-160 meshes grinding


    4. Characteristics:

    ①You are recommend to use low melting viscosity or fast cure rate polyester, such as DSM5900, DSM865,Qingtian3309(low melting viscosity), Yinyang7690(fast cure rate)etc.

    ②The equivalent proportion of polyester and T-108 resins is 7~11/1. Within the standard range, you can increase the dosage of T-108 to enlarge the texture pattern; contrariwise, the pattern will become inconsistent and flat. The texture pattern will become flat and glossy when you increase the dosage of TGIC.

    ③You can enhance the texture stereoscopic sense by cooperating of 0.1-0.2% crack texture promoter


    5.Package and storage:

    Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag. Store in cool and  dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
