A very small amount (0.1% to 0.3%) added to powder coatings can significantly improve free flow performance, enhance storage stability, reduce moisture absorption, improve edge coating effect, and enhance the positive charge of friction type powders. The above excellent performance is attributed to the nanoscale particle size and dispersion obtained during the production process, as well as the charge carried on the surface of the particles themselves.
